GUITAR LESSONS
We use a modern approach to guitar instruction that motivates students and helps them play the music they enjoy as soon as possible. Students learn by applying a well-balanced curriculum that includes guitar technique, music reading and theory. We specialize in helping students balance the creative and technical sides of music with the goal of molding them into "complete" musicians.
We teach all styles of guitar from Rock/Pop (Taylor Swift, Green Day, Led Zeppelin...), to Blues (Stevie Ray Vaughan, B.B. King..), Punk, Classical, Jazz, Country, R&B, and more!
Performance is also an important aspect of every student's music education. The Wauwatosa School of Music is unique in that it provides students with a number of opportunities to perform throughout the year. It gives them a chance to show off their skills and is also a great motivating tool.
