Musical Theater Camp

There’s no business like show business, and if you think you have what it takes to get a star on your door, come learn the ins and outs of show business at Musical Theater Camp this summer! With workshops on acting, singing, movement and collaboration, students will work together to develop a short number to perform for friends and family at the end of the week. Along the way, they will learn some music theater history and how to prepare for an audition. Give your students a small taste of the bright lights and big stage at this week-long camp!

 Rock Band Camp

Learn the necessary skills to perform as part of a band! Professional, working musicians will help guide you through the many steps required to perform like a pro. Students will learn, rehearse and perform a set of songs. This week-long camp is open to all instruments and vocalists.

Songwriting Camp

Have you ever wondered how to write a song? How do your favorite singers and bands do it? Gain insight and inspiration into the craft of songwriting at this week-long camp. Learn how to write lyrics, melodies and chord progressions.

Music Recording & Technology

Learn how to record your own songs! Students will learn about recording instruments and voices, recording software, post-production, mixing, mastering and more at this week-long camp.

Jazz Combo Camp

An introduction to playing in a small jazz ensemble (combo). Learning the role of each instrument and how songs are arranged for improvisation by playing standards. Exploring the stylistic elements of blues, swing, Latin, and how to play within them. The basics of playing by ear, soloing, comping (accompanying), and more.
